C220 – A compact, functional phone
The C220 features a 2.3 inch high-contrast screen (132×64 px) and supports 6-way audio conferencing. It includes a local address book that can hold 1,000 entries, while retaining HD voice, PoE support, two Ethernet ports, and SIP interoperability. It is also compatible with IPv6, LLDP, VLAN, QoS, 802.1x, TR‑069, HTTP(S), and DHCP Option 66 for simplified network integration.

C421 – A high-performance phone
The C421 succeeds the C401 with a 2.8 inch full-color screen (320×240 px) and the ability to host up to 12 SIP accounts. It offers 21 programmable DSS keys, each equipped with LED indicators for BLF, speed dial, and presence monitoring, arranged across multiple pages without requiring expansion modules. The phone remains compatible with IPv6, LLDP, VLAN, QoS, 802.1x, TR‑069, HTTP(S), and DHCP Option 66, and integrates easily with UC platforms such as Asterisk, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, Issabel, or Microsoft Teams via an SBC.
