B400 Series

The OpenVox B400 Series offers 4 S/T BRI interface ports. The 4 BRI ports can be individually configured in TE or NT mode via jumpers. This port configuration is automatically detected by the driver. It fully leverages Siemens® technology with a hardware echo cancellation module to provide superior voice quality on all 4 BRI ports.

The B400 Series S/T BRI interface card delivers superior voice quality in telephony systems thanks to a hardware echo canceller based on Siemens® technology. It transforms your existing ISDN BRI equipment into powerful Voice over IP devices and provides a smooth migration path from ISDN technology to the world of Voice over IP.

The B400 Series brings powerful ISDN BRI connectivity to your Linux machine. It comes with fully GPL-licensed drivers for the Linux kernel. Multiple B400E cards can be interconnected via an external PCM bus. The card’s active channel switching capability also operates on the external PCM bus. The B400M consists of two parts: the B400MM and the B400MS. The B400MM connects to a Mini PCI slot while the B400MS provides the S/T BRI interface connection.

The B400 Series works with Asterisk®, Elastix®, FreeSWITCH™, PBX in a Flash, trixbox®, Yate™ and IPPBX/IVR projects, as well as other open-source and proprietary PBX, Switch, IVR and VoIP gateway applications.
